Player owned shop warps for markets and stuff (pvp safe zone) for a specific member level. (encourages purchases)

Possible side effects of suggestion
traps made using warp/ warp abuse. solution- punishment for warp abuse and disclaimer to store items before warping.

Would be good if players were able to place [WELCOME] signs so you can warp.
