The clearlag plugin also removes mine carts. This makes it very frustrating when creating automated contraptions due to the inability to use mine carts. I think you should alter the plugin in a way which makes sure it doesn't remove mine carts.
I have seen this only with hopper mine carts as of now so I am only assuming this happens with all variants.
Possible side effects of suggestion
Mild increase in lag but I think it would be worth it overall.
