Remove /fix all from PvP zone

Possible side effects of suggestion
Can't fix armor mid fight if you get out of combat = good

You need to be out of combat to use /fix all

Yeah but you can outrun people and you had might already write the /fix all and just fast send it and you are back with full load out! should be removed on pvp arena so people can't use that while pvp!
