Description of suggestion
I just joined Prison again after around 3 years, I bought the donor rank then and you would get really good gear for that rank.
However I have it in this current Prison and I have come to realize that 'Inmates' can't use the god/fly command.
I think it would be a great addition to the rank, because so far the only perk to Inmate I have seen is the Kit.
Possible side effects of suggestion
I think there are no negative side effects to this suggestion as the only thing I think comes near to negative is that Guard/Wardens would say that they've paid more for their rank so they should be the only ones to have it.
