Could You Remove some claimed land From my friend's area the person is not active and he wants to expand his claim can you help, please? There is no building on the claim and it's just 1 chunk

If its a suggestion it should be if the player hasn't played for over 3 months there area can be unclaimed and claimed by other active players.
If you wanted staff help you may want to PM Justin or cloak to help you with the problem.
