Description of suggestion
Add anvils to the spawn area along with a level 30 enchant table or possibly add separate leveled enchants like on prison.

Possible side effects of suggestion
Faster enchantments and repairs, so you don't have to constantly go back to your base to do it

I've added 2 anvils to the spawn near the warzone area, you can already enchant in spawn using the tokens.
