Description of suggestion
Add DTR.
Make it so no kingdom is neutral.
For those who don't play or have never played HCF, DTR is a value which determinants if you're raidable or not.
If your DTR is below 0, then you are raidable which means that your base can be trashed, and all your loot can be stolen.
You lose DTR by dying. You will regen DTR after 1hour after death.
Possible side effects of suggestion
1. Way more PvP with actual influence. (gear for players with more than 2mil is almost worthless for example a kit assassin armor is worth 100k, you can easily buy a lifetime supply with 2mil.)
2. Actual changes in the server, because people will lose a lot of gear if making a bad decision.
