  • Helpers apps are currently open! Help out the server by catching cheaters, moderating chat, guiding players and handling player reports!

I'm not sure what exactly you mean by this, but currently there is a plugin for player AND mob heads on Kingdoms already.
Any time a player is killed by someone not in their kingdom, their head is dropped and can be placed as decoration.

Mobs will also drop heads, it's just much more rare.

If this is not what you are suggesting, please clarify in a new suggestion post. :D
