Description of suggestion
There should be a revival to the /helpop command for the server, it would be a quicker way to report players, or added a new command "/report [player username] [issue casing report]" These would lead to a quicker catch of players that are breaking the server rules. PMing staff and going to servers that /staff shows staff are on isn't quick enough leading to some players that are breaking the rules getting away.

Possible side effects of suggestion
Pros:
-This would lead to a much safer server/community for all the players.

Cons:
-This would possibly lead to the abuse of the command

Agreed, just saw a hacker and couldn’t do anything about it cause staff was hidden
 
It isn't that hard to add a reporting plugin, you apparently have the '#1 dev in the mc community" just tell him to add one and it'll make things much easier instead of having to open your recording software and get proof. Then you have to upload the video and make a player report. By the time that happens the hacker would've most likely made all the players leave already.

I mean, you could learn how to take a video of a player? It's not hard. If you have a Geforce graphics card you get one of the best recording softwares there are for free. If not, use OBS or Bandicam. Both of which have very little effect to your fps. Or even better yet, use the built in windows 10 recording software by pressing windows + G. It has replay built into it too so you can record what you saw rather than having to wait for a hacker to hack again to get the recording.

However I do think this would be a good thing to have.

Use that to record what you recently did rather than actively needing to record the hacker.

That doesnt work with MC. Ive tried multiple times
Also, why dont you think it's a good idea to have? You didnt provide evidence or factual supports to your claim.
