Description of suggestion
You replace the #Help thing on discord with a tickets bot for quicker support and better cause its **** atm staff don't always answer some players because there are a lot of them which I can understand but the tickets bot will make everything much organizer and better.

-1 How is the bot in #Help supposed to help multiple players at once, i think this would be worse because it would be more unorganized, although you could do 1 Player at a time, however that would be less efficient.

Because if u don't already know a tickets bot makes a player create a ticket which means every staff member can help one player indiv and not have to deal with 50 more in 1 discord chat and yes it is more organized if u think about it the right way, there wouldn't be #help anymore it would be just a tickets system that will do the job easily I don't think you understand what i'm talking about.

-1/+1 it really depends on what kind of issues are happening. For example, if they didn’t receive a rank we would just have to tell them the same answer every time which is: “make a donation support thread on forums” or if they wanted to report a player we would tell them “please make a player report on forums. I would understand maybe general discord/in game help though.

Yes ofc Formus is used for Donation problems and such but for simple problems people would usually use #help that's where the ticket system comes in use.
