Closed /stack in pvp for pots

• *Description of suggestion: Add /stack for pots in pvp so they don't take up a lot of space in your inventory and keep things neat and tidy.
• Possible side effects of suggestion: Allows players to have their pots stacked in bunches of 64

They added /pot to most pvp servers, but it doesn't work.
