Closed Speed and red walls

• *Description of suggestion: remove /speed out of the plot world, it ruins pvp. Also add red walls if you're in combat, it's a much better system. Now you fight and they just run away with their speed 10.

./speed is issue because everyone dont have it and adding to red walls it would great to have them because people can get too easily out of pvp atm.

You can also record them while standing at the side or invis.
