I am new to using spawners like this and having a hard time with the placement of dolphin spawners, so my suggestion is to have them work with less restriction. I am down now 2 dolphin spawners, and I have no way of picking them up (can't afford the member price) Also, the error message is outdated I think because it states that you can pick them up with a Silk Pickaxe.

You need shadowfox to mine a spawner with a silk pickaxe, you can ask a ranked player to do it.
