Should CrushedSpirits Get Fired?

I experienced CrushedSpirits abusing yesterday. I joined Foxcraft for the first time two days ago. Then yesterday CrushedSpirits banned me by the reason “Ban Evasion” how is that possible When i joined the server first time two days ago? All what i did were that i said “I want to be in bed with you” that is not a reason to ban for “Ban Evasion” he should have warned / muted me for “1st Offence Inappropriate content” I would ask you all about have some of you experienced the same by the staff CrushedSpirits

He isnt abusing & i know someone else has been permmuted and how i can see it that u mute/ban evaded

*I want to be in bed with crushed* is what someone else said few days ago so should be just your problem
