Just as a side note, I have read the hate mail for the new KitPVP, which I frankly, love. I rarely have problems, and they're mostly just me getting kicked for hacking. I know that Cloak will not bring back the old one, and I never saw that one. But it is possible to make this one better.

They really should kit pvp has like 10 people on max in one day
used to be tons of pvp on kitpvp not anymore

BRUH, I know kitpvp is not as good as it used to be, I also know it will probably never be like it used to be, all I'm saying is why don't we try to improve it a little? make it a little less crap.
 
I've played KitPvP myself, and for the most part, it's very enjoyable. However, there are several main things that definitely need to be fixed, and hopefully they will be fixed.

1) Lagback (aka rubber band lag), which is likely from the anticheat

2) Possibly no anticheat, or a different version of anticheat (although it does stop a lot of cheaters, it is also very easy to get false kicked and may also lag up the server)

3) The kit delay (at least make it shorter, because sometimes if you type /kits and select a kit too fast, it will make you wait an extra minute)

4) The content of ALL kits (this is a huge change, but in my personal opinion, it would be a whole lot better to have more balanced kits between non-donator kits and donator kits. It's very annoying, especially to new and inexperienced players, to fight a player that has much better gear than them)

Let's not forget the positive aspects of KitPvP though. KitPvP has great knockback, good hit detection, and a large map that is in my opinion amazing for pvp.

- make team co-leaders, etc.
- make team payouts

Kits:

- less OP kits
- less kits
- no diamonds

General:

- Remove the leaderboard painting thingy
- Fix some commands
- Add ability to do /spawn after your PvP timer is done
- Make the map smaller (REVERT TO OLD MAP W/ FOREST HILLS)

In years of playing KitPvP - I think this is what people mainly want. These ideas will revive KitPvP if added.

You've played for one year...
 
Take away tokens the fancy leaderboards and op kits. Make there by vaults for non donators make diamonds more rare. Listen to what the people want cloak not just what you want that's how kitpvp will grow.
 
I have an amazing idea for KitPvP that will completely change everything for the better. It is based off of another server that I used to play on, which was also extremely successful in KitPvP due to so many players who enjoyed it. If enough people are interested in what my idea is, please let me know and I'll explain everything as quick and detailed as I can.

As long as the idea is better then what KitPvP is now
 
Remake the old KitPvP with Kit Fighter,Archer,Goblin,Witch,Psycho,Wingman,etc but with new plugins, etc :)

  • Potion of Healing 2
  • Full Iron Armor with Protection 1
Bowsman:
  • Bow with Power 1 and Infinity 1
  • Potion of Healing 2
  • 1 Arrow
  • Full Iron Armor with Protection 1
Now, let me explain the donator kits.

Knight:
  • Iron Sword with Sharpness 2
  • Potion of Healing 2
  • Full Iron Armor with Protection 1
Robinhood:
  • Bow with Power 2 and Infinity 1
  • Potion of Healing 2
  • 1 Arrow
  • Full Iron Armor with Protection 1
Heavy:
  • Iron Axe with Sharpness 1
  • Potion of Healing 2
  • Full Iron Armor with Protection 3
The key to having a good KitPvP server is to have kits that are balanced. The donator kits are not overpowered compared to the non-donator kits, yet they are still considerably stronger.

Seems alright I like it except the fact that it is going to be iron pvp
