*Description of suggestion: Remove the /fix cooldown (only /fix, not /fix all)
Possible side effects of suggestion: Would make pvp more about who runs out of gaps/pots first, and less about breaking gear, but would also add that trying to get away to fix aspect. It would also give players, who aren't op and don't have like 6 godsets to use in 1 battle, a chance.
