Closed Private-chat color on creative.

• *Description of suggestion: Brighter Private-chat color, the old private-chat's were better because they were highly visible, and most of the time you were able to see them in the corner of your screen, even if you weren't reading the chat. now they are dull, grey and hard to notice unless you look carefully. It is generally harder to communicate.
• Possible side effects of suggestion: less communication breakdown.
