Closed prison water blocks?

• *Description of suggestion: so basically, in /warp pvp theres this pond in front of you, recently some blocks were added on top of the water, and my suggestions is to remove it. Why you may ask? Well depth strider 3 was deemed important in this pond, but with this blocks, depth strider 3's usefulness dropped by 40% since the players getting attacked by players with depth strider 3 can hit them off and jump into the blocks so just remove it

thats an obstacle which would create some action and challenge.
So thats fine.
