Title Moving Pinata

Description of suggestion
Can we move the Vote Pinata out of PVP there's groups that kill anyone who get close even new people trying to do the pinata for blocks to help start and kill all who come in, pretty much taking control of the pinata and not letting anyone get it. Can we make a non-PVP zone for the pinata to spawn so its safer for all who don't have the stacked armor most paid or longtime playing players have.

Possible side effects of suggestion
Positive effect: More resources for new joining people and less worrying about surviving to get something they helped make happen
Negative effect: Those who take over the pinata will get upset its moved, and time spent building a new area for the pinata

There have already been changes regarding this topic and I think it is a nice balance. Currently the Pinata has a 50/50% Chance to either spawn in the PvP Zone or at "/warp mobfarm". I understand that you are upset and that this is a bit unfair. However, I see the recent change that has been made as good solution for both parties.
