Description of suggestion
The main way to get xp-bottles at the moment is from /kits, and nobody has a giant compound of villagers lined up to trade with. It's a simple change, but very needed for pvp-ers

Possible side effects of suggestion
maybe it kinda kills the /kits but still like if they are gonna cost a lot in /shop then /kits is a good way to save money
