server: every server especially creative
suggestion: Make a sound when ever a player messages you, or someone requests teleportation. make a command to toggle this off.
side effects: IF you choose a really awful sound that that could turn out being really annoying (maybe make a way to choose the sound effect)

I never knew there was a notification sound myself then again I have no sound, if it isn't already there then +1

not a bad idea +1 cloak should add this on factions than
 
There's already a notfication sound whenever someone messages you, if not then check your settings. Thanks though :)
