Title /repair is broken
Description of suggestion
The /repair command is used for 2 things...
1. an alias for /fix
2. opens up the skill menu for the mcmmo repair skill
At the time I was holding no items in my hand and just wanting to read my repair mcmmo skill, and suddenly there was a 60 minute cooldown and I couldn't open up the mcmmo repair menu again to navigate their multiple page menus (/repair ?, /repair ? 1 /repair ? 2, etc.) to keep reading about mcmmo. This was not the case before I got my rank up to skyfox, so I assume this bug only happens for ranked players who unlocked the /fix command.
Please remove the alias from /fix to /repair, so we can only fix things using /fix, and leave /repair as the mcmmo help commmand for seeing the repair skill.
Possible side effects of suggestion
No side effects, just being able to access the mcmmo repair menu again.
Secondary suggestion is to not allow /fix while hand is empty, so that we don't waste a /fix cooldown (like I did here)
