Description of suggestion
Shortening or removing the cooldown of the /near command, and bringing back the tracking of bounties.
Possible side effects of suggestion
/near cooldown shorten/removal
Positive: Able to know what enemies are near you, being able to know when you are safe.
Negative: Enemies can know quicker if you are trying to jump them.
Bounty Tracking
Positive: Being able to make money off of people with a bounty.
