I tried asking in game but as usual nobody wants to know - If my friend makes a bug report will she ever be notified of any fix? Also she's upset about losing things she paid for because of a "glitch" so will she ever get those back?

You will get notified if you check the forums now and then. Otherwise you wont get a notification if you get a reaction. A reaction can take a long time tho.
