Title Re-enable AI on passive mobs

Description of suggestion
It is hard to enjoy server spawners that are put into the monthly crate if the AI is disabled. It kind of ruins the fun of having the passive mob spawners. Bees from the spawners are also disabled which is a problem for honey farms.

Possible side effects of suggestion
I think adding re-enabling the AI will help improve farms and our mental health bc pets :D

Enabled AI on some spawners like: bee, axolotl, bat, fox

I might have to disable them again in the future if it turns out this impacts server performance to much.
