Closed Factions Fly Correct Format

• *Description of suggestion: To be able to fly in claimed areas. For example if I made my base and i claimed it, I should be able to fly in that claimed area. We will have to figure something out for pvp just in case someone claims and fly's away from the battle.

The only problem with this would be people flying when running in PvP. Another problem would be people insiding by flying up and dropping TnT on bases. Not to be a downer, but this probably wont be accepted or even considered in my opinion.

i don't think /fly should be added to factions.

For this to be added, no enemies should be in a at least a couple hundred block radius. Otherwise, this could be a HUGE advantage in pvp, if you claim where you're fighting. This also seems too OP for the current factions.
