Closed End Dragon Respawn Problem

• *Description of suggestion: Survival is supposed to actually have all the things a normal single player survival should have but with other people. So I am asking if you could allow people to only put end crystals on the end stone of the portal. That way there would be no griefing or anything.
• Possible side effects of suggestion: People could make more potions and tipped arrows

Enderdragon can only be spawned once every time the end resets. Else the whole server would be full of enderdragon heads.
