Hello.
This is a redstone machine that is not available on Foxcraft yet and when it is I will test it and make any needed changes then, but as for now this is a working prototype.
The machine is a 4x4x4 build that combines the gravel, sand and dye to create concrete powder with the use of the crafter block which is only available in snapshots at the moment.

This is the side that holds the gravel. There are 4 dispensers being fed gravel from the shulker boxes above. The dispensers are facing inwards where the gravel will fall to the hoppers below feeding into the crafter block on the bottom right.

This is the sand side which is on the opposite side of the gravel. Here the yellow shulkers feed sand into the dispensers where it too falls into the hoppers on the bottom and into the crafter. Also included on this side is the redstone circuitry to run the machine. Starting with a comparator reading the signal strength from the FULL composter and another comparator on subtract mode reading the signal strength from the crafter. When all the crafters slots contain an item the signal will be strong enough to overpower the composter signal strength. This then triggers the redstone circuit powering the blue block on the bottom left.
The observer sees the redstone dust activate and then powers the blue block behind the observer which also powers the crafter. The crafter then shoots out 8 concrete powder. As this is happening the repeater also detects the blue block on the bottom left getting powered and thus sends a signal up to the top of the build which is how the dispensers get powered. This repeats the steps to supply the gravel, sand as well as the dye and the cycle continues until supplies run out.

Got a nice picture here of all the action happening. The crafter is spitting out some powder and the dispensers are sending another round of supply. The center section where the supply is dispensed must be completely sealed so that nothing gets out of the machine. Because of this there is no shulker for the dispenser with the dye, this has to be manually loaded to keep in the 4x4x4 build. The dispenser with dye is on the top facing down toward the hoppers below.

The redstone circuit is basic and simply powers all the dispensers. I tried many ways to configure this machine to utilize a hopper for the dye but this would incite supply to get caught and not fall down to the hoppers on the bottom. This is the best set up to ensure 100% success. There are many ways to catch the powder coming out of the crafter so I left that off this build to keep it 4x4x4.
There a two ways to start the machine. 1 - use a button on the blue block by the observer. 2 - prime the crafter with 4 gravel, 4 sand and a dye.

This is so you can see the final side of the machine to give you more perspective of the build and its setup. I am including a simple build that converts powder into concrete incase anyone is curious. I did not want to add it to this machine before showing you as it would just complicate the pictures.

Super simple. Place a powder against the waterlogged leaf block to convert it into concrete. The redstone torch powers the concrete which activates the redstone dust in turn powering the piston to push the concrete. The picture below is the array of pistons next to the leaf block, (12 in total) that will auto trigger once 12 concrete have been pushed forward. Then one can make an auto tnt dispenser to blow up the concrete once a large platform is made.

The observer here triggers the sticky piston with an observer. Once the other observer is moved it powers a repeater that in turn powers the redstone line making all 12 pistons fire at the same time. It would be best if another observer was to detect when there is 12 rows of concrete and fire the tnt then. It might take 2 or 3 dispensers spaced out in a row for best results. Using a sticky piston in this way ensures that the observer will only fire the piston array once each cycle.
That about sums it up,
Hope this helps, have fun out there.
