Adding a new rule (maybe)

A lot of new players join everytime and dont play the gamemode and just keep asking for stuff and they wont stop asking no matter what (unless an staff member comes on for a sec) its getting very annoying i even almost risked a warn for it. its just very annoying and im wondering if you guys maybe could decide to make a new rule for people that are begging. i know its hard to keep track on everyone when the rule is there but they can almost get every item in the game by just mining one single block. so you dont need to keep asking for loot.
