- Fixed issue with not being able to kill multiple mobs in a stack at once

- Temporary removed permission of some ability blocks (these might require member or vip rank in the future)
- Players with default rank can create a total of 5 maps
- Players with member rank can create a total of 10 maps
- Players with VIP rank can create a total of 20 maps
