- Added cooldown on /back
- Disabled /marry tp in spawn

- /k claim now costs 5 rp
- Creating private chests will now cost 2 rp
- New kingdoms are protected for 2 hours instead of 30 minutes
- Added potatos & carrots to farming category of /shop
- Added sell prices for mushrooms in farming category of /shop
