Prison:
- Lowered Pinata health to 200 (from 350)
- Fixed disposal signs
- Fixed mob drops & xp drops
- Added more levelups to gangs with each level having it's own unique color code (The higher level your gang is the more homes & members you will have)
- Gave all players access to use /qs buy (it allows you to create buy chests instead of sell)
- Fixed wrong prices being displayed for diamond & gold ore at Elite block
- Increased fix & fix all cooldowns
- Added iron & gold ingots to the /shop that can be sold
- Added beacon to the /shop
- Increased hopper price in /shop
- Increased sell price of cactus & sugar cane to 1$
- Increased spawn rate of emerald ores in vip block
- Increased enchantment table & bookshelf prices in /shop
- Added experience bottles to the /shop
- Disabled day/night cycle in the prison
- Send mail to offline players with /mail
