/k claim personal {price} - Price is the amount you want to sell the claim for.
Any kingdom member can purchase a "personal" claim by standing in a unsold personal claim and typing /k buyclaim
Example: /k claim personal 150 will claim a chunk and put it up for sale for $150, when the claim is sold the $150 will get added to the kingdom bank.
Kings & generals will bypass build permissions in sold personal claims for moderating reasons

- Fixed /staff sometimes not showing all online staff (Thanks @MisterMel)
- Fixed some issues with proximity voice chat
- You can now left & right click the gamemode NPC's to join the servers
- Updated voting leaderboard to a simple NPC you can click (way more accurate) (Thanks @MisterMel)
