This speaks for itself. I filled out a report against a person who gave out my location, and ddosed me twice. I had video evidence, logs, and screenshots. He was banned, and less than 24 hours later, he pays a couple bucks, and gets unbanned (with a denied ban appeal). I don't see how this is...
