there are times when i make a new tool, enchant it in the etable and then can no longer add any enchants to that item with the use of books. Lately to work around this i make and combine books to what i want then make a tool and add the books. hope this helps

I do not see an announcement of this being corrected but I did get double drops of ancient debris so this problem is resolved.
