This morning it seems to be working. Only new produced Netherwart and Lapis could be sold by using the /shop command Thanks

It is working now. After picking up the minion and place it again it was possible to assign a pickaxe. I had to pickup all miners because if I didnot it was still not possible. Now it is working correctly. Thread could be closed
