Not that you're not fit, you just got here like a few days ago.

I'm fit for the job, I received and explanation to why my application was denied and the result for why was quite understandable, I posted this about an hour before the explanation was recieved. also, I've seen helpers recruited within a month of being here. And I have been playing foxcraft almost 3 months now. My application was denied and I am fine with the decision that was made.

You need to get more involved, learn more, have experience, become trusted, make connections.
