Description of suggestion
Right know if we want to upgrade 1 single chunk we have to wait 2 minutes. We can't upgrade anything else at that time. It would be a great improvement to get /k upgrade and add in the menu I icon do reduce fortification building to maybe 30sec or have multiple upgrades at once.
