Title Remove older /baltop data

Description of suggestion
The new Oneblock has been around for a while now and thousands of players have joined since then. However, many of them no longer play and don't even have any or very little money.
When using /baltop it now takes multiple minutes until it has gathered all 129.000 and growing Balances of Players. I find this kind of annoying having to wait so long before it gets actually displayed.
Therefore, I now suggest to remove the balance data of a bunch of older players which have no or very little money from the /baltop command because who goes to page 10.000 in baltop?
This would then just have their entry removed in baltop and not their balance so then when they join again they get reentered into the system

Possible side effects of suggestion
Pro:
- Faster response of the /baltop command
- Maybe better performance? Cause it takes fewer checks of balances
- Maybe increased file space? Cause it removes the entries of a bunch of players

Con:
- Players are no longer able to see the total amount of players who joined Oneblock at least once
