I agree with you with that, but I was more saying don't just rush through it and never stop moving. There are certainly times in parkour where you need to stop and think. Don't move at such a pace that your going to mess up a simple jump, like a 2 block jump.

The parkour system in Foxcraft is truly an innovational one with many challenges throughout it. Since parkour can be quite repetitive, they made it interesting again. With the way that the blocks appear in front of you as you progress, this allows for no skips, or cheeses for the parkour. Here...
