I already know them but new comers wanting the helper rank when the apps are out will have to know the rules for the rank.

The rules will be released shortly, Connor posted them so I don't know if we have a backup plus we have a handbook for Helper rules but, I don't believe we are allowed to release it. I will ask Leon and we'll go from there!
