I need some help with this...

When ever I watch ads, they never work and even when they don't work, after not being able to watch about 40 it just says 'You have watched the maximum amount of ads per day'. This is really annoying because if everyone has the same amount of views they are allowed to watch per day then all the ad views will be the same. I am confused and nee some help with it really...
