Please help me!

On kingdoms my faction's base is quite near an outpost belonging to another faction and our nether portal leads to the same nether location as theirs. However, whenever we go into the nether-side we always end up at their base (which has a door blocking the way out). So when we want to get home from the nether we have to do /f home. Unfortunately, recently they have placed fence gates right next to the portal to stop pigmen so there is no way to get out. The thing is, if you stay in the portal area you can't portal back again, and you can't chat or type commands while in the portal. That means I'm stuck, with no /f home or back to the nether. Please could a staff member help me to get out, maybe a mod or admin if you are able to break things in claimed territory, and help me get out. Also, maybe notify the other faction members (I can't remember the name of their faction, but ours is WinterFell so maybe asking them will help find out the name) as long as they agree not to kill me.
