Where is a good place to build Spleef 2.0?

Cannot make it in creative because we can not place 1.17 blocks
Cannot make it in survival because it would need to be on claimed land to save from griefing. (each player would need to be trusted just to play which again leads to griefing)

I should update creative to 1.17 sometime
